Our Tier 1 Event Management success is team driven. Everyone in our office showcases the type of excellence we need to thrive as an events-based marketing leader. Even our newest team members have room to show their talent, like Lindsey, our second administrator.
Though hired recently, Lindsey demonstrates an exceptionally positive spirit. “She’s certainly gone above and beyond in her new role,” said Lucia, Tier 1 Event Management’s Director of Operations. Case in point, Lindsey was under the weather one week, yet never let that deter her energy. “She still came to the office every day and helped out in every way that she could,” Lucia continued. “Without a doubt, she’s a trooper.”
As Lucia highlighted Lindsey’s determination was evident during the fourth quarter. “She consistently went out of her way to help out other team members during the busy holiday season and would even stay late to make sure the entire Tier 1 Event Management team reached their goals,” Lucia added. “We couldn’t ask for a better support than Lindsey.”
Lindsey joined our team with a lot of office management experience under her belt, which she quickly applied to our firm. “She’s a complete pleasure to work with and sets a great tone for our office,” said Lucia. “She’s motivated in her career and looks to assume an office manager role within the next two years.”
