Travel opportunities are valuable parts of our Tier 1 Event Management development program. There is so much to learn just by leaving the comfort of our normal routines, let alone when we road trip to a neighboring office or fly to a weekend retreat.
For our latest excursion, select team members went to Dallas for a leadership conference. Five of our people attended. Leah, one of our HR administrators, received an award and gave two speeches at the conference, sharing her success tips. Our newest admin, Lindsey, has been with Tier 1 Event Management for less than six months and was also invited on the trip. She was very excited to attend, see all the opportunity that exists for someone in her position, and the ways in which she can develop herself in this role.
