In January, Tier 1 Event Management was well represented at a national conference in Dallas. Lucia, our firm’s Director of Operations, and Natalie attended the event, where they listened to keynote speakers share their experiences in business and advise on how to improve. In addition to speeches and breakout sessions, Lucia and Natalie were able to connect with top leaders and add amazing sources of advice to their networks.
The conference was a great chance for everyone on Team Tier 1 Event Management to expand their horizons. Lucia and Natalie shared so many fresh insights when they got back to our home office. We’re all excited to put what they learned into action as we pursue our growth goals.
Our Director believes in the value of business travel for many reasons. Perhaps the most important of these reasons is that venturing away from the home office allows people to learn in different settings. Ongoing improvement is one of our firm’s cultural hallmarks, so we’re always looking for chances to add to our knowledge bases.
Travel is also the best way to stretch beyond our comfort zones. We challenge ourselves to connect with influential people at all levels, including the most accomplished industry leaders. The confidence we gain by doing so informs all our event-based marketing campaigns.
